Refund Policy

Overview

Fix47 stands behind its work with a performance-based guarantee. This page explains the three conditions under which a refund or no-charge re-remediation applies, how to request one, and how long processing takes.

1. SLA Breach — 5-Business-Day Delivery Guarantee

Fix47 commits to delivering remediation work within 5 business days of receiving project access (FTP credentials, CMS login, or repository access confirmed). If Fix47 misses this deadline for reasons attributable to Fix47 — not due to client unresponsiveness, third-party system outages, or scope changes — you are entitled to a full refund of the engagement fee.

To request this refund:

  • Email carlo@fix47.com with subject line “Refund Request — SLA Breach”
  • Include your payment confirmation and the date you provided site access
  • Requests must be submitted within 30 days of the missed deadline

Refunds are processed via Stripe to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval.

2. EU / UK 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Consumers habitually resident in the EU or UK have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU Article 9 and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, beginning from the date of contract formation (payment date).

Important: By proceeding with payment and providing site access, you expressly request that service commence immediately and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is waived once service has commenced. This acknowledgement is presented at checkout.

If service has not commenced (no site access provided, no work started) within the 14-day window, you retain the full right of withdrawal. To exercise it, email carlo@fix47.com before service commences.

This does not affect any other statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

3. Shield Monitor Subscription Cancellation

Shield Monitor (monthly, quarterly, or annual) subscriptions can be cancelled at any time via the Stripe customer portal link provided in your welcome email.

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • You retain full access to Shield Monitor until that date
  • No refunds are issued for the current billing period already paid

To cancel, use the Stripe portal link in your welcome email, or email hello@fix47.com and we will cancel within 1 business day.

4. How to Request a Refund

For all refund requests:

  1. Email carlo@fix47.com with the subject line “Refund Request”
  2. Include your name, the email used at purchase, and payment confirmation
  3. State which refund condition applies (SLA breach, EU/UK withdrawal, or other)

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 7 business days via Stripe to your original payment method.

Stripe processing times vary by card issuer and may add 3–5 additional business days before funds appear in your account.
